Senior Administrative Clerk: Programme Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting

Mr. Alben Kubai obtained his Bachelor of Social Science (Management and Communications Studies) in 2010 at the University of Kwa-Zula Natal. In 2011 he obtained his BA Honours in Communications and Media Studies from UJ. In 2015 he obtained Outcome based Monitoring and Evaluation at the University of Pretoria; in 2016 he obtained his Post-graduate Diploma in Public and Development: Monitoring and Evaluation at Wits University.

Alben started his internship at the HRDC Secretariat in 2012, he was then appointed as a Senior Administrative Clerk. Currently he is working as a Senior Administrative Clerk at the HRDC: Secretariat under the programme: Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting. Some of his function is to assist in monitoring, evaluation and implementation of the activities of the HRDC to ensure performance and achieve desired goal.
